Lost letter? Arrived damaged? Wrong details on your order? Email us with your order number and we will make it right.
Please include your order number if possible.
Gift Orders
Buying for someone else's child? We can help you get the details right and include a personal note in the first letter.

What to Include in Your Message
The more you tell us, the faster we can help. For order enquiries, your order number is the most useful thing to include. For gift enquiries, the child's name, age, and which theme you're considering helps us give you specific advice. For general questions, anything you're wondering about — no question is too small.
We are a small business. We don't have a phone line or a customer service team — we have us. That means your message goes directly to the people who make the letters, which also means you'll get a real, personal, thoughtful response. We read everything.
A Note on Response Times
We aim to respond to every message within one business day. During mail run weeks (when we are printing and posting letters) responses may occasionally take up to two business days. We will always reply.
